For the Terminal Placement Program, the merchant must return the equipment in good condition within 7 days if they cancel services. If not returned or damaged, $500 will be charged per terminal placed in addition to the early termination fee. A $125 swap/replacement fee in addition to shipping charges will be assessed after the 12-month warranty expires should the existing equipment be deemed unusable and need to be replaced.
This is a low-risk program, and details are subject to change. Hardware shipped without an assigned Merchant ID Number (MID) will not be discounted. SIM cards are not included. Special order equipment does not qualify.

Out of Warranty Replacement Program

If merchant is not currently participating in the Terminal Placement Program, out of warranty equipment can be replaced as a new equipment purchase, prices listed below. Merchant may choose to opt into Terminal Placement Program if they qualify (Signed fee change form would be required).
